Theme support is free service that is provided “AS IS”. Your theme purchase does include support access to our support system. If you’d like to have a support, please, use that. We only provides support via our support system and documentation. We will not provide any support via comments, facebook or twitter. We usually answer questions once - twice a day Monday to Friday so you will most likely get an answer within 24, sometimes 48 hours on workdays.
